This Week Special Menu “Fish Shabu-Shabu”

We have “Fish Shabu-shabu” for this week.
Shabu-shabu is a Japanese dish which very thinly sliced beef is cooked in a traditional hot-pot full of boiling brot
h.
Shabu-shabu is considered a special Japanese dish along with sushi.
The meat is cooked by gently dipping and waving it in the broth with chopsticks.
The beef is so thin you can almost see through it, so it cooks quickly and is ready to eat as soon as its color changes.
Nowadays, pork, chicken and fresh seafood (mainly crab, abalone and snapper) are also becoming popular shabu-shabu ingredients.
